Their cookies were hard as a rock and i told them and they wanted to put them in the microwave who knows how long those cookies been sitting there for that probably why it be so empty

I have ordered the chicken sandwich meal with cheese on three separate occasions and all 3 Times it's wrong. Either not lettuce or no cheese. I tried to go inside but for some reason it's locked...
