Buddy Baseball

Buddy Baseball is a non-profit organization based in Temple Terrace, FL, dedicated to providing a non-competitive recreational league for boys and girls with special needs between the ages of 8 and 22. The league pairs each player with a buddy who assists them on and off the field, fostering friendships and breaking down barriers. With a focus on camaraderie and team play, Buddy Baseball offers special needs children the opportunity to experience the thrill of participating in an organized sport.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, Buddy Baseball organizes Spring and Fall seasons, each running for seven weeks, where teams of six players, buddies, and coaches come together to play one-hour games. The league's ultimate goal is to build another synthetic turf field that is wheelchair accessible and safer for all players, and they welcome support through their capital campaign.
