The BBQ has more of a liquid smoke taste then meat that was cooked in a real wood smoker. The food is okay at best, and certainly nothing to get excited about.

The ribs are good and I really do like the food truck concept. The sides were good. Tea was good. Everything here is good. I will go back sometime.
