Second Chance for Strays is a no-kill animal rescue organization located in Pinellas County, dedicated to finding homes for pets that other shelters have deemed unadoptable. Dr. Fran's has been a great vet for my pets. She has always been very compassionate and helpful over the past few years. She and her staff are amazing!
