Briny Boutique

History

Briny Boutique opened it's doors for business on November 9, 2015. Our Grand Opening Party was held at the store on Saturday, December 12, 2015. Since then we've seen downtown Fort Lauderdale growing all around us with new condo's, apartments, restaurants and a Starwood Hotel being built directly across the street from Briny. We are very thankful for the welcome we've received and look forward to growing alongside the beautiful Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale area.

Specialties

Alexa Chaviano, Owner and CEO of Briny boutique, was born and raised In Miami, Florida. She graduated from Westminster Christian High School with high honors and then attended FSU, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Finance. When she moved back to Miami, her entrepreneurial spirit wanted more knowledge so that she may open up her own business and make a positive impact in the community. Consequently, she graduated with High Honors from the FIU Master's in Finance program. Alexa has worked in the women's fashion and accessories industry since 2012. Consequently, she has learned fashion merchandising, developed a concierge style of customer service, and the art of personal styling. Alexa's dream has always been to open up her own boutique, carrying women's fashion and accessories. Her dream began when she went on weekend shopping trips as a teenager with her mom to NYC. They would visit all the neighborhoods of Manhattan, from the upper east side, to the shops in Soho, Chinatown, and the West Village. Those trips ignited a flame in her that has never diminished.
