Sub par customer service. Must have limited staff. Good product when it works. Unfortunately, getting a person to respond isn't likely to happen very quickly if at all. Disappointing after 2 years...

is a good program but the Customer service suck you call and No one answer and they say to text the 1800 number but you can't find it on the page of break from cable they need to be better
