I have been going here for over 7 years. The staff is excellent and nice. Most Pain Management doctors don't accept insurance for the other comments on here.

Do not recommend! Shady practice under the name of Sandra deLaPena. They only take cash/ credit cards too but no insurance( $300/ visit $250 thereafter) for 15 minute consultation. Then they refer...
