I found this BP on our way to a boat tour. We used it again on our way back to Tampa. It is off the A1A bridge therefore no crazy beach traffic and crowds. And it is easy to get back to A1A.

Grumpy proprietor. Permanently out of service bathroom. In-laws we're here a month ago and said it was out of order then too. The park across the road had no soap in the bathrooms.
