They do not refund for shoes, even though I walked outside and back in with not wearing shoes. So just say the policy is all sales are final, they will come up with any reason to not return...

A beautiful well stocked dance store with very friendly staff. They were closed and opened up so my grandson could get his jazz shoes sized . I highly recommend this store
