Bono s Pit Bar-B-Q, founded in 1949, offers Native American-style cuisine. The restaurant features traditional southern barbecue cooked in specially designed pits over natural wood. Menu offered by the restaurant includes smoked turkey plate, grilled chicken sandwich, barbecue beef, chicken and rib platter, chicken finger, fried corn on the cob, corn nuggets, cole slaw, and smoked sausage. Its catering staff is trained to handle everything from family reunions to office parties, and can provide its catering services for a gathering of up to 10,000 people. Bono's restaurants are now located throughout Florida, as well as in Georgia and Colorado. Bono s Pit Bar-B-Q is located in Jacksonville, Fla.

Service - 12/10 ... we sat at the bar for lunch and the service was great! The lady and the grill man were friendly and attentive the whole time. Ambiance - love the decor and the vibe for a bbq...

The food came fast and every single thing was delicious and the waitress didn't harass us which I appreciated. The total price of everything was around $38

The food is consistently good. The best cheeseburgers anywhere! Kristen and Matthew make it a pleasure to go there! Kristen is fun and spunky while Matthew is sweet and polite. Love it there!

Didn't feel like cooking so we ordered Boni's online for pick up. We did the family meal and added a side of ribs. We had corn, greens, a sweet potato, pulled pork, chicken, and the toast....
