Paula was the outpatient dietitian and on the speaker's bureau for Boca Raton Community Hospital and Palm Aire Spa prior to opening her private practice January 21, 1987. Encouraged by her clients and referring physicians, Paula has been seeing clients and teaching students in the south Florida area, as well as inspiring colleagues to investigate functional medicine.
