Very accommodating! I have a short sister and they went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. They modified the seat for her! Not just lowered, they had to cut it. She is 4'11"!...

Fantastic! We rented 2 bikes for the weekend. Friendly staff helped with adjusting seats and suggesting trails. Nice Trek hybrids perfect for long or short rides.
