Bluejay's Bakery was first started under the cottage food industry and are its name by participating in community events such as the Palafox Market and Hot Glass Cold Brew. We have since grown into an adorable storefront in bustling downtown Pensacola offering custom creations via pre-order only. Options and flavors vary greatly but our available menu includes custom cakes, cupcakes, macarons, cookies, cake pops, truffles, and breakfast items.
