It's been 16 days since I ordered 2lbs of jerky , I have yet to receive tracking info and customer service does not respond to my emails or Facebook messages

Waited a week and a half to get tracking on an order. The customer service people hasnt responded on canceling the order after multiple emails. Do not buy or support this company.
