History

Blue Marlin Grille, (formerly Bonefish Grill) is being recently renovated. Now, after its latest changes and its new Managing Partners, the restaurant is minimalist and refined, with a number of areas that are treated in details and embellished with elegant pieces of modern island art and outstanding food. The basic italian ideas about food meet the exotic tropical flavors of the islands. They created a unique cuisine with a characteristic seasoning of fresh herbs, spices and marinades which imparts a great flavor profile to every single dish. The restaurant features Seafood, Sushi, Steaks, Poultry, home made Pasta and Desserts attempting to satisfy every palate. The new managing partners and cousins, all have an innate passion for food, and their attention to details is a top priority.
