Blue Lotus Yoga & Wellness, located in Saint Cloud, FL, has recently transitioned from its downtown studio to a new community-focused model. Founders Carissa and Debbie express their gratitude to the many yogis who supported their vision, fostering a space for connection and spiritual growth over the past two and a half years.

While the physical studio has closed, the duo continues to offer yoga and meditation classes throughout the St. Cloud community in partnership with CommUNITY Well Non-Profit. Former instructors from Blue Lotus will also be teaching around town, maintaining the spirit of connection and wellness that defined their journey.
