Fun decor and excellent service at the new Bistrology. We were told 40-minutes, but waited close to an hour. Was it worth it? Yes! Just don't get coffee drinks first since it's a specialty item...

The service was not great for us. Post check in, it went SOUTH. Seated in a timely fashion: 5 stars but then it all goes downhill... We watched (same seating area) 2 other family's drinks order...

We really enjoyed brunch at the new Bistrology location in downtown Pensacola. Consistent with the various reviews on different platforms, the service was excellent. Our food was delicious....
