Rusted pipes and constant concrete restoration. Roaches, awful office staff. Its a retirement community. STAY AWAY from leasing 403. No contact allowed with your landlord, only her lawyers....

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE ! It is an old building. The only great thing about it is the view. The building is in constant renovations and management is NOT fair with associates shedules whom got hired...
