Billy Joe's originated in Freeport, Grand Bahama in Our Lucaya in 1970s. After two hurricanes hit Billy Joe's in 2016, Billy Joe's opened food truck and a take-out restaurant at 3936 Pembroke Road, Pembroke Park, Florida.
