We put a lot of time, effort, and energy into our products and our smoker rarely takes a day off. Using a combination of oak and hickory, we slow-smoke at 225degrees to guarantee food remains tender and flavorful.

This was a cool spot to stop in and try some bbq pulled pork. Parking was ample and while there was only one decent sized picnic table since there weren't any other customers it was perfect....
