I started creating natural food menus and unique exercise programs that were playful and intense in 1990. I taught how I lived to my clients then and I continue to do so today. I make real-food menus that keep my clients energized and I develop exercise routines that burn maximum calories, lower blood sugar, and sculpt art-like bodies that are strong, fast, and capable to handle the stresses of today's very demanding lives.
