Behavior Analysis, Inc Behavior Analysis, Inc (BAI) is one of the leading behavioral consulting companies in the world. We provide on-site state-of-the-art education and behavioral treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults through North and South America and the Caribbean. We also provide distance consulting services anywhere in the world. BAI has an international reputation for effectively teaching and treating persons with learning and/or behavioral disorders and other, difficult-to-teach individuals. Our staff also conducts training courses, workshops and seminars designed to teach others how to provide the most effective education and treatment possible. We offer trainings geared towards parents, teachers and other professionals. Our training events are available in-person or via the internet. Behavior Analysis, Inc also provides consultation to public and private agencies serving persons with learning and/or behavioral disorders including day care, schools, hospitals, clinics, residential facilities, vocational settings, and institutions. In addition to providing behavior analytic services to individuals, we also offer behavioral systems design, implementation and oversight. Behavior Analysis, Inc was founded in 1994 by Dr. Stephen Starin to fill a void in the behavioral treatment of persons with and without disabilities. Since this time, the company has grown from a single employee to nearly 50 employees and has expanded its scope from direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities to a wide range of populations and behavioral activities.
