The Downtown YMCA is a nonprofit organization that provides youth development, community support, and adult health and fitness programs. The organization s facilities include an indoor heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room and fitness floor. It has a cardiovascular center that features treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines, and upright and recumbent bicycles. Located close to Navarre Beach, enjoyed the workout facility, the gym before classes started and fellowship time with members taking in morning coffee. It did not disappoint. Thank you!
