Beach Place Guest houses is located just 1.9 mi from Cocoa Beach city center and within 5 minutes' drive of the public beaches, yet feels secluded. This boutique oceanfront property features 3 terraces with fire pits and ocean views. Each uniquely-decorated apartment offers a full kitchen, dining table, and living area with cable TV and DVD player. Private bathrooms include a hairdryer. Guests can unwind under the palm trees in one of the many hammocks on site. Wood burning fireplaces and over-sized lounges are also available. Barbecue facilities can be enjoyed as well as views of the lushly landscaped property. The shopping and dining of Cocoa Beach Pier is 10 minutes' drive from the Beach Place apartments. My wife and I fell in love with this place. It was so beautiful, quiet and comfortable we are going back next year. The beach is beautiful and clean. There were chairs and umbrellas on site.
