3 families in 2 of the 2 bedroom units- we thought this place was great. I liked the quaintness of the place, not a big monstrosity where you can't keep track of your kids. Very family friendly....

Came with a large bachelorette party to Siesta Key and this was really the only spot we kept finding ourselves at each night. They have live music til around 11pm and then a DJ comes on the rest...
