The ribs are exceptional. They fall off the bone. I mostly get macaroni and cheese and collard greens which are exceptional as well.

All I can say is you should never stick Ribs in a styrofoam container in the microwave right in front of your customer and expect them to think you serve good BBQ. The one star is for the sauce....
