Barry Palizzi, DO - Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group

Dr. Barry Palizzi, board-certified family medicine physician, received his medical degree from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa. He continued his training at the University of Missouri - Kansas City where he completed his residency program in family medicine. Dr. Palizzi also serves as a medical corps officer in the Army National Guard. Dr. Palizzi cares for the entire family and has special medical interests in pediatrics. He is passionate about utilizing preventive medicine to help his patients maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Palizzi also enjoys treating musculoskeletal injuries in adults and children. Dr. Palizzi enjoys spending time with his wife and their four young children. He also plays the guitar and is an avid runner. In his spare time, Dr. Palizzi can be found relaxing on the beach with his family and friends, enjoying the warm weather.
