Established in 2015, Barrel of Monks was the first production brewery in Boca Raton, with a focus on traditional Belgian-inspired ales. Founded by three friends who were passionate about beer, they spent years perfecting their recipes, and now operate a 20bbl brewhouse to manufacture and distribute their beers. While they continue to maintain a strong focus on Belgian-style beer, they have also expanded their offerings to include other styles. The beer was very good and they all tasted different. Guava one super yummy. The inside has a cool vibe and good music. It was dead though all Saturday night.

Cute little brewery with a gourmet food truck. We all enjoyed the food, and sampled several beers. I liked the two fruity flavors while my husband prefers something hoppy.
