I would rate them a zero but wasn't an option. They can never get my cpap supplies correct or on a schedule. Suspost to get 3 month supplies but are wrong masks or only a month supply shows up....

I had a question about whether we were renting or buying a CPAP machine. The policy is 13 months rental, then Medicare purchases the machine. The agent was courteous and helpful.
