Sarah E. Marmol, M.D., is a board-certified neurologist at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute. She specializes in movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, tremor and dystonia, and has a special interest in clinical research. Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Marmol was a clinical instructor of neurology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Marmol earned her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She also completed a neurology residency and a movement disorders fellowship at University of Miami Health System. Dr. Marmol is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society. She has published her research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presented scientific papers at professional symposiums. Dr. Marmol views the patient-physician relationship as a care partnership. Her goal is to provide the best care for her patients through high-quality research, evidence-based practice and a holistic approach. Dr. Marmol is fluent in English and Spanish. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys traveling and exercising.

Natalia P. Rincon, M.D., is a neurologist at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute who specializes in the treatment of epilepsy. Her clinical interests and expertise include the use of neuromodulation for the management of pharmacoresistant epilepsy and women's issues in epilepsy, such as catamenial epilepsy and epilepsy during pregnancy. Dr. Rincon earned her medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine – Greenville after earning a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology degree at the University of Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans. She served as chief resident during a neurology residency at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Jackson Memorial Hospital. Her post-doctoral training also includes a neurophysiology and epilepsy fellowship at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York. Dr. Rincon is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society. She has published her research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presented scientific papers at professional symposiums. The patient-physician relationship is important to Dr. Rincon. She values the importance of listening and understanding the concerns of the patient so she can provide tailored care that addresses their unique needs and goals. Dr. Rincon is fluent in English and Spanish. When she is not treating patients, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, dancing and spending time with her family and friends.

Richard Capdevila, MSN, NP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health Primary Care. He cares for patients with multiple chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism and others. He speaks English and Spanish. Prior to joining Baptist Health Primary Care in 2018, Richard worked at West Kendall Baptist Hospital Emergency Department as a registered nurse and clinical educator. He provided advanced, high-level care for people with acute conditions and injuries.Richard is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Richard’s care philosophy is to help his patients stay proactive when it comes to their health by practicing preventive care and promoting regular checkups. He advocates for reaching a diagnosis early on so that each treatment moving forward has the best chance to make an impact. In his free time, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, especially at the park playing soccer with his three sons. He also loves music and plays the guitar.
