Bank of America Mortgage

The only reason I give this branch 2 stars is because there are a few employees that are super sweet and helpful. Now the reason I deducted 3 stars is because of everything else or lack thereof....

The Bank of America in St. Cloud Florida was not my favorite banking experience. Even though the check I wanted to cash was drawn on an account holder of the bank they were going to charge me...

They set up an appointment because my information needs to be updated. I show up 2 mins late and they don't want to take me in because they are busy. Thanks for wasting my time.

Can't say much about the service of this branch. I've always used their ATM machines which haven't dissapointed me, only but once. I was trying to make a deposit through the Drive Thru ATM machine...

I opened an account. Transferred the funds from another bank. Was told funds would be available on a date. They than added 4 more days without informing me. I have bills to pay and other expenses...
