We've come in three times to solve a simple issue of an locked account. First time they said the branch On the beach is closing in the next few weeks and can't help us - so we went to Seminole....

Nice people BUT drive thru not open on Saturdays . 1 or 2 tellers on Saturday and 12th in line currently. Bad planning and execution on peak times

In here on a Saturday at 11:00 and they have ONE teller. There is a huge line almost out the door. Very poor customer service. Each transaction seems to be taking over 5 min per customer.

The only problem I have with this bank was their drive thru was very slow. Now granted there was only one teller at the time. but they could have moved a lot quicker
