Dear Bank of America, A decent bank you are. You're in a convenient location, next to Home Depot and Office Max, with lots of drive-thru tellers; however, there is only 1 drive-thru ATM....

We unfortunately had to change banks for work to Bank of America. The line is ALWAYS VERY long inside. Today it's one teller to 7 customers it's usually 2 which is never enough either. It's absurd...
