The web site is terrible, the 800 # is worse. I have no dealings with the branch. But tech wise, they're not.

One teller to open a bank in the morning. Twelve people waiting for ONE teller! This happens at every branch. If BofA didn't have branches everywhere I travel I would NEVER bank with them.
