It's a Saturday and incredibly busy, I mean 15 people in front and another 8 behind me, this bank has TWO tellers working when there could be four, with other employees wandering around the bank....

I tried calling this Bank on a MONDAY throughout the day NO ONE absolutely NO ONE answers the phone. I tried calling customer service on the 800 line...they said we are busy...the call back time...
