So they use the drive-through teller as a parking lot for employees instead of it's designated use. They only have one drive through atm, so not the best BoA that I've been to, but they helped me...

Ive only done the ATM...wouldn't know about inside. The people outside- a little weird. The space is not conducive to driving into the area & then you have to deal with the ATM drive-thru window...
