Horrible... inept ... infuriating.. Can't complete basic transactions because either their "computers are down" or they are "understaffed"... like that's your problem.. then they push you to...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customers were walking out and closing accounts while I was there. Hours are 10-4 and then when they open they don't have adequate staff to service...

Worst experience ever!!!! I am a valued business customer and they not only charged me 2 overdraft fees but an extra $16 dollar in this pandemic!!! They do not care about small businesses at all!...
