The 2 branches in Punta Gorda have been closed due to Covid or Hurricane Ian. If you need access to a safe deposit box or need to see a representative it is extremely inconvenient.

Slow service. Atm always broken. Bank of America is closing down everywhere here. Need to just switch banks. They now suck.

If you're accustomed to timely service, any Bank of America in Punta Gorda is not the places to expect it. I was there today and counted 5 BOA employees with only one teller waiting on customers....
