I had a good experience with one of their personal bankers... Was in a bit of a crabby mood, went in with a "ugh, you banks annoy me attitude" and she diffused it and sent me on my merry way...

Bad service , only one ATM outside . Dishonest sales staff . Sold me a credit card that was supposed to be no annual charge and then tried to charge for card.
