do not book appointments here. they are unprofessional, they don't know how to manage time. Appt are always delayed, the day shift are bunch of girls that gossip in hall all day

2 tellers on a Friday. 30 people in line and 1 hour wait at 10:30AM. Terrible. Recommend Wells Fargo across the street, longer hours, shorter waits.

I wish I could give no stars. This banking center has the worst customer service I've ever seen! I waited 1 1/2 hours to get into my safety deposit box. I've waited 1 hr to make a simple deposit....
