How is it ok that there is only one teller, but there are 3 assistant managers walking around & talking. Staff is nice but customer service, point of service is way out of focus .

Worst bank ever, being on the phone with the branch or coming in! They make you wait as if your time is worthless and theirs is most valuable! Even when you call the 1800 number they make you hold...
