Service staff is rude as heck. I tried to get documents proving identity and they made it very difficult for me to do so. Also, the ATMs are constantly broken down. Often I have to deposit money...

Why are you guys always closed and one of the k my days you're open there's a long line all the way to the back of the building. Mind you it's 100 degrees out. Terrible

Most awful bank EVER!!! Not just this branch!! but the whole operation is awful!! I know there's a lot going on right now with the Coronavirus but they disabled my card be cause of suspension...
