I've only used the drive thru here to deposit or withdraw cash/checks and it's always worked well and very quick. I am not one of those people who walk in to do their banking, so the drive thru is...

The staff is very slow. There are always a few customers but the staff working in slow motion.

The worse bank. Took me 25 minutes to make a deposit. The line was 10 People and 2 cashiers.

The bank is always packed and only two people are taking care of customers at all times. People shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes in line just to make a deposit
