we have been working on this buisiness of resturaunts for aout 25 years were a complete group because my partner is cheef and im administrator. and most important we like our job and we do it with much intisipation and love we have fun in our job.

we are specialze in latin food.some of our speacial plates are bandeja paisa, skirt steak, filet in mushroom sauce, filet in coconut sauce, grilled chicken breast, we make or own sauces. the best one is our hot sauce which we serve on the side. we also have the best empanadasand pan de bono .

Bamboo's is refreshingly consistent. Excellent food and superb service. Remember they don't take reservations so for a large party plan ahead.
