HistoryMiami Chefs Academy was born to offer culinary programs as an ideal stepping stone for those who want to change careers, start a small business, or complement their current work experience with foundational professional culinary skills. Our Culinary Classes are divided into areas by the needs of the student, whether is understanding basic cooking skills, increase their proficiency to qualify for a better position in the trade or specializing in maritime cooking and become a Yacht Chef. Our facility includes a real galley setup, allowing chefs to learn the craft of yacht chef in a real galley simulation. The school provides assistance for the chef to qualify for the necessary certificates to work on a yacht. We teach by example with high profile Master Chefs.
