Most incompetent office staff! My appointment today, couldn't get my shot because someone scheduled my appointment not within the the insurance time line. Not the 1st time this has happened....

You only speak to him once .You get passed on from arnp to arnp. Nobody goes over your xray results with you. You have to order your own tranfusion medication and have it sent to your house...

Didn't even tell me I had kidney failure after running tests. Then sent me to a relatives store for medication that was a 100% mark-up for OTC meds.
