Just came in to buy a root beer float. It's so in incredibly creamy and delicious. The service was good everyone was so friendly and quick. Love the art work on the walls. Definitely will be back...

Food was actually pretty good and quick service. The bathroom smelled awful, so that takes out 2 starts for me please clean your bathroom and make sure it smells okay!

The root beer floats were amazing! Got 3 for under $20 definitely worth it. I would recommend trying one you won't be disappointed.

I'm typically a fan of A&W but today changed that for ever, and especially at the Old Town Kissimmee location. We ordered and I was shocked that one meal with a drink was $20?!?!?. Really? Insane....

I placed an order for 2 fries on their self-service device and it took over 15 minutes to get it because there was only one employee and he was in the back the whole time. At least go to the front...
