I love avis and use them for everything. However they really did me in. I ordered a van for a reason with 6 people and big luggage's. We can barely fit in the damn vehicle and had to drive 2 1/2...

Run away. Go to Budget at the Hilton around the corner. This was the absolute worst customer service I've experienced.
