i used to live here the place is pretty good we had ants in our unit when every it rained and the ac unit did go out a few times. ove all not bad but kinda expensive for boynton

To say the least, when my lease is up in a long 2 months I will not be renewing it or recommending this community to anyone. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful, they go tit for tat in email....

Thieves. Scammers. Overpriced. Will take your application fee and decline you without giving a reason even if you have a good background. They will accept section 8, but not good working class...
