The services provided by the students have been fine, but the customer service is horrendous. An instructor, I believe named Leticia, was beyond rude to me for denying a "complimentary service"....

The only concern is that the hair that I had highlighted is breaking off around my face. My stylist war attentive and took care asking what I wanted to attain. The color was exactly what I wanted...
